After the receipt of your order, you have 7 days to return an item. Indicate the reason and return the item in its original packaging. Caution: Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not exchanged or refunded.

You can choose between an exchange or refund. In the second case, we will reimburse you the amount of the items returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when the return has been processed by One in the City.
